OUR CLASSES
Lifeguard Recertification Classes
An abbreviated Lifeguarding course that reviews course content in addition to practice and testing of skills and emergency team response. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the assigned online portion(s) (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to each instructor-led session. To participate in the recertification course participants must possess a Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid (current certification or certification expired by no more than 30 days). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid valid for 2 years.
Fall Warmups
Pineapple Grove training is proud to host a fall warmup session for high school aged athletes who want to get a leg up on the high school swim season. This 5 week program will be geared towards focusing on technique and endurance so when the high school season starts, swimmers will be in shape and ready to race.

Connor PLOSKI
Connor Ploski has been a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard since 2014 and an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor since 2016. In 2021 he founded Pineapple Grove Training in the attempt to help rehabilitate the national lifeguard shortage. Since opening the business, Connor has also become an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and Wilderness First Aid Instructor. In 2021 Connor graduated from Widener University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
